Sign up now for StrikeZone 5-Day Summer Baseball Camps.
Have fun and improve your game over summer break with instruction in hitting, fielding, pitching, and throwing.

Indoor camps are open to players 7 to 11 years old and run throughout the summer months, providing a wide array of options.

A Worry-Free Environment:
Camps take place in our climate-controlled indoor facility, conveniently located in Alexandria - No need to worry about excessive heat and humidity, rain, thunder and lightning, etc..

More Than Just Drills:
Our camps feature more than repetitive drills and scrimmages in the summer heat. Each day includes: An information session covering glove care, bats, fielding zones etc.; A lunch break video covering the history of the game; and numerous mini-contests which reinforce skills training where players can win baseball cards. Additional improvement and attitude awards are given at the end of every week as well.

Morning Camps with Extended Hours Available:
Camps run four hours long from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Extended hours are available from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM as an add-on for an all-day program.

Workout and Team Practice Needs.

Featuring weather-proof indoor practice facilities for your team in a convenient location close to I-95 and I-395, the StrikeZone is the ideal location to bring your team for workouts and practices - no matter what the weather brings, and you don't need a field permit.

Don't be at a competitive disadvantage because
of weather conditions you can't control!

Our automatic Iron Mike machines provide maximum reps in the shortest time frame. Our Jugs Curveball machine throws wicked breaking balls. Our Jugs softball machine can throw arcing slowpitch balls or high speed fastpitch balls. Our dual pitching lane allows two pitcher/catcher teams to work out side by side. Our 40 foot drill cage allows for live throwing, fielding and hitting drills to supplement machine hitting. All cages feature dedicated L-screens to conduct live batting practice without machines if desired.

Rent These Cages by the Hour:

  • A dual pitching lane with movable mounds & Jugs machines
  • 3 55' batting cages with automatic machines (slow/medium/fast)
  • A 40 foot drill cage with tees, screens, and catch nets.

  At least 2-3 cages are recommended for a group of 10-12 players.
  The entire facility available for rent as well.

Private and semi-private instruction is available all year long at the StrikeZone.

Private/Semi-Private lessons are available for hitting, pitching, catching and fielding. Set up a customized session plan with one of our professional instructors. Develop a solid base of skills for on-field play, or refine your existing form and correct mechanical faults with advanced video analysis and personalized instruction. All of our instructors have college level playing experience, and many have played professionally. Single student sessions or groups of 2, 3, or 4 are available.
