The StrikeZone Can Handle All Your Pratice Needs
Featuring weather-proof indoor practice facilities for your team in a convenient
location close to I-95 and I-395, the StrikeZone is the ideal location to bring your team for pre-season
and in-season practice.
Our automatic Iron Mike machines provide maximum reps in the shortest time
frame. Our dual pitching lane allows two pitcher/catcher teams to work out side by side. Our 40
foot drill cage allows for live throwing, fielding and hitting drills to supplement machine hitting.

• A dual pitchinglane with movable mounds
• 3 Batting cages with automatic machines
• A 40 foot drill cage with tees and screens
2 cages are recommended for a group of 10-12 players.

What VertiMax will do for a baseball player and team in as little as
5 weeks:

Camps take place in our climate-controlled indoor facility, conveniently located in Alexandria
- No need to worry about excessive heat and humidity, rain, thunder and lightning, etc..
Indoor camps are open to players 7 to 11 years old and run throughout the summer
months, providing a wide array of options.
Morning Camps with Extended Hours Available:
Camps run four hours long from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Extended hours are available
from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for an all-day program.
